Here are some of the benches I have built and the different options on them. Some have routed letters that have been painted and some of the letters have been filled with epoxy. Several of the benches have had the screw holes in the bench filled with epoxy and sanded smooth. The stain used in these benches is DEFY Ultra Semi-Transparent Wood Stain (defywoodstain.com).
